I Only ship Mondays/Tuesdays in bulk to prevent orders with candles from sitting
Just because I purchased the label doesn't mean I shipped. I usually buy the labels 1 day before shipping so I have time to carefully pack all the orders. please wait 48hours until tracking updates. sometimes it can take a bit longer during busy seasons. please keep that in mind.
I do not ship on week ends, only through Monday to Friday as I don't want the packages to sit in the post office and get mishandled. ends. only business days

As of the moment there is no return policy. Once you buy the item all sales are final and for safety and hygiene purposes no return or exchange is possible.

Cosmetics are not refundable nor exchangeable All sales are final. be sure to check before you place an order Note : If your package gets delivered and is left out in the sun, or has not been delivered in the EDD (estimated delivery date) and was kept in the warehouse of your local post office, I am NOT responsible for the damage. You must take your package inside as soon as you receive it, else it will melt if exposed for hours under the sun. It is also your responsibility to pick up your package personally from your local post office if it is left in the warehouse. This will prevent the candle to melt during the summer and ensure nothing gets damaged. If the item/package is stolen then you must file a complaint to USPS and claim compensation If the item is damaged upon delivery meaning your box looks smashed/completely damaged. please take pictures and file a complaint to USPS if the item was damaged during transit. you must send pictures to feylyshoppe [!at] gmail.com for inspection. I will then see if you are eligible for a partial refund or not. If you fail to send pictures or keep track of the case after 24h then you are no longer eligible Example: You received the package, but the candle was damaged inside. you must immediately write an email to feylyshoppe [!at] gmail.com with pictures and follow up on the resolution, if you fail to answer within 24h or forget to submit an email/message within 24h then I have the right to deny you any compensation If you are not using proper language while discussing the issue, then I have the right to refuse your refund and also the right to refuse any future transactions with you I do not give refunds if some decorations/or colors differ slightly from the pictures. This is a handmade product so this is bound to happen I do not give refunds if you did not like the scent or shape or anything minor concerning the candle I do not give refunds if you fail to open the package properly and gently and end up breaking the candle yourself I have the right to refuse a refund for any reason I see fit. unless the item is heavily damaged. Example: the jar is completely broken and shattered to pieces. If you wish to return the item, then please know I will not provide a return label and you must return it yourself. I will not give any compensation or help to return the item unless I asked for it personally. By ordering online you acknowledge the risk of damage during transit. I will only refund you partially as I am also losing materials

Yes, all products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. I do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
